Rod magnets are like long disc magnets. Ideal for holding something up.


All bar magnets in the above list are made of neodymium and have a galvanised or nickel-plated coating to prevent corrosion.

Applications for rod magnets?

Rod magnets can be used on a magnetic board. Because of the nickel-plated coating they glitter, as it were. Because of their high tractive force, postcards, birthday cards and also shopping lists can be hung up on a whiteboard or magnetic board.

In addition, rod magnets are easier to handle than disc magnets. Because of their height, you can remove them from the board more quickly.
